Hand carry lets pets travel in the cabin with their owners. It is usually an option for small pets that fit in a carrier under the seat in front of the owner. Rules, carrier size and weight limits vary by airline and destination.
Pet cargo is for larger pets, or pets that are not allowed in the cabin because of size or breed. The airline is booked in advance, and the crate must let the pet stand up, turn around and lie down comfortably, with good ventilation.
It depends on the destination's rules. Some countries need vaccinations and blood tests months ahead, others are quicker. Tell us the destination and we'll give you a realistic timeline.
Yes. We coordinate with the quarantine agency, prepare export and import permits, and match the requirements of the destination country.
Yes. International arrivals are handled in Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta), where your pet clears quarantine. Quarantine release in Jakarta does not automatically allow onward travel to Bali, so we check Bali's current entry requirements before confirming the route and the onward trip.
Yes. Our VIP service can collect your pet in the origin country, and after quarantine release we deliver them to your home in Jakarta or onward to Bali.
Mostly cats and dogs. Some snub-nosed breeds have airline restrictions, so let us know the breed early and we'll find a suitable route.
