Chiko’s pet shipment journey began in Manila, Philippines. For the first leg, she traveled via cargo to meet our team. When we picked her up, the toll of travel was visible. We found her alone in her crate, looking undeniably tired. But even then, her sweetness shone through as she waited patiently to be let out.

Our team didn’t just handle her; we cared for her. We fed her, gave her water, and ensured she didn’t stay in a lonely facility. Instead, she rested peacefully in a pet-friendly hotel room right beside us, knowing she was safe.

To bring dog on cabin, especially one of Chiko’s size is an exceptionally rare sight within Southeast Asia. Yet, there she was, sitting calmly beside our handler. Throughout the flight, she received endless love, and treats as appreciation for her impeccable behavior.
