Breed, age, weight and your city in Hong Kong. We reply with a route and a checklist.

Vet papers & import permit
Your vet in Hong Kong handles vaccines and the health certificate. We apply for the Indonesian import permit.

Crate & flight
Cabin, cargo or with our VIP handler. We size the crate and book the airline.
- 04HOME
Land in Jakarta
We receive your pet, handle quarantine clearance, then deliver them home.
Documents
What your pet needs to enter Indonesia
We confirm the current list for your pet before anything is booked.
- Import permitIssued by the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry. We apply at least one month before arrival.
- MicrochipAn ISO 15-digit microchip, with the same number on every document.
- Rabies vaccinationA valid rabies vaccination certificate, unless your pet comes from a rabies-free country.
- Health certificateIssued by a vet in Hong Kong, confirming your pet is healthy and fit to fly.
- Blood test resultA rabies antibody test result, checked by the quarantine vet on arrival.
Heading to Bali?
Jakarta first, then onward
International arrivals are handled in Jakarta, where your pet clears quarantine. Quarantine release in Jakarta does not automatically allow onward travel to Bali, so we check Bali's current entry requirements before confirming the trip.
