During October this year, Piti just took the biggest step of his life. The gentle golden kitty flew across Asia, leaving Indonesia’s islands to see the Autumn in Osaka, Japan. For his parents, it was certainly more than a trip. It was an emotional milestone, trusting other people to care for their furry companion for the first time ever. With Pet Travel Indo on their side, this journey turned anxiety to joy and adventure.

Piti was adopted from a family member back in the old days. As mentioned, he was a gentle cat, quiet, clingy, and loves chin scratches. His mom, Mrs. Siti, stated that he would get upset if he got left alone. He’s an intelligent cat with a deep understanding of human interaction and thus he’s seen as a family member by her. He’s part of her emotional support, relieving stress whenever she needs it.

Being a first timer in international pet relocation matters, Mrs. Siti felt anxious and worried. Her most concern is whether relocating Piti to Japan is even possible, and if it is, whether they could travel on the same aircraft or not.

“I feel scared that we might fail in bringing Piti together with me,” She expressed in our interview at (31/10/2025). “Though with Pet Travel Indo, it was the quick responses that reassured me. No other agents are like that.”

“They’re reliable. Always finding solutions in every problem. It’s almost unbelievable that they’re able to manage all the document requirements as smoothly as I’ve experienced.”

Mrs. Siti emphasized that choosing the right pet relocation partner is crucial for Piti’s well-being. Pets are family, so professionalism, reliability, and responsibility is the most important thing when she decides on who to entrust Piti’s journey with.

Having gone through surgery before the flight, Mrs. Siti was deeply worried that Piti might get stressed on the plane. However, the trip went smoothly and Piti arrived happy, active, and ready to explore his new home in Japan.

“He wasn’t limp nor sick! In fact, he was really active upon arrival.” She said with a smile.

She then continued that she felt nothing but grateful to be assisted by Pet Travel Indo. “Thank you so much for making it possible, for helping me during the entire relocation process. Despite many obstacles, the trip happened safely thanks to God’s help and a great team! Love you guys!”

For Pet Travel Indo, Piti’s relocation marks another proud milestone, our very first pet relocation to Japan. Japan’s import regulations are among the strictest in Asia, and learning the country’s complex requirements gave our team valuable experience and insight. This success not only reflects our commitment to safe, professional international pet travel, but also reinforces our promise to help more families confidently relocate their beloved pets, from Indonesia to Japan, or beyond.
